Low-emissivity glass in green tones on the sides and green & gray on the central facade.

Glass railing on balconies with the same tones and specifications of the side windows, and granite or aluminum compound base.

Four-story high ceiling; floor covering in granite or porcelain tile; reception desk in granite or similar and wood; automatic and digital turnstiles; 04 elevators (02 panoramic) – all with central door opening.

4) STRUCTURE
Flat slab on the floors of corporate areas with 20cm thickness; ceiling height of 2.50m free; infrastructure and floor preparation to raised floor installation of up to 10cm high.

Central cooling infrastructure of VRV or Split System.
